It all starts with finding the right direction. Some students already know what they want to pursue; many come to us still searching for that answer. We begin with a career test — a scientifically validated psychometric tool that reveals the student's 5 dominant strengths and core values. From there: an individual 60-minute consultation with a certified career counselor, and a personal action plan covering which fields of study to consider, which school subjects to prioritize, and where to begin. Later, Atlas mentors help arrange job-shadowing experiences and short-term programs — opportunities to "test-drive" the chosen direction before committing.
Once the direction is set, the real work begins — going deep into the chosen field. Atlas mentors work alongside the student to gain admission to prestigious summer academic programs (such as Harvard Pre-College or Yale Young Global Scholars), secure professional internships, and prepare for olympiads and competitions. Each student is paired with a mentor in their specific field — aspiring engineers learn from engineers, future lawyers from lawyers, future doctors from doctors. The goal: to arrive at university not only with theoretical knowledge, but with real experience in the field — strengthening both the admissions application and those crucial first years on campus.
Atlas offers several paths to the world's top 100 universities — tailored to different needs and budgets:
